What counts as a "facility" or "location"?
A single physical site operated under one address — a ballpark, fitness center, gym, recreation center, trampoline park, event venue, school, municipal building, or any operations-heavy facility. Multi-building campuses with shared operations count as one location.
Which plan should I pick — Solo or Team?
Solo 365 is for single-operator facilities & small teams (5 members, 25 assets). If you have a larger staff, multiple vendors, a long asset list, or need custom scoring on inspections, Team 365 is the right fit. You can upgrade from Solo to Team anytime — we prorate the remainder of your term.
Is there a per-user fee?
No. Team 365 and Corporate 365 include unlimited Team 365 Member seats. Solo 365 includes up to 5 Team 365 Members.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
Use coupon code TRY365 at checkout. You get full Team 365 access for 7 days at no cost. Cancel anytime during the trial and you're not charged.
Does the franchisee or corporate pay for each location?
Corporate decides. Three options: franchisee self-pay at $149/mo/location (the default — 70% off standalone), corporate-funded at $99/mo/location bulk rate, or a mix where corporate covers some locations and franchisees pay for the rest. The $1,999/mo platform fee is always paid by corporate.
What does onboarding actually cover?
Team 365 onboarding ($1,500) includes tenant setup, role & permission configuration, vendor list import, form customization, and a live training session. Corporate 365 onboarding ($7,500) adds brand-wide standards, KPI dashboards, and train-the-trainer. Solo 365 is fully self-serve with no onboarding fee.
How does FRS365 compare to enterprise CMMS platforms?
Tier-1 CMMS platforms charge per user and require multi-month implementations. FRS365 is purpose-built for athletic, fitness, parks-and-rec, and event operators — flat per-location, ready in a week, and typically 80–90% less expensive at real-world staff counts.
Can I upgrade between plans later?
Yes. Upgrades from Solo → Team or Team → Corporate prorate the remainder of your current term against the new plan's base. Your data and history come with you.
